Regular Rates: $2,100.00 per week plus tax
Summer Rates: $2,500.00 per week plus tax (June, July & August)
1 week minimum. Additional days pro-rated at weekly price divided by 7.

Plus $350.00 cleaning fee per visit.
A Security/Reservation Deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a time slot.

- After a date and duration have been established, we will request a security deposit
- Once your deposit has cleared the bank, we will sign and send you a receipt along
with a rental agreement
- Within 60 days of the starting rent date, you will need to sign the agreement and
send us the rent in full
- Once we receive the signed rental agreement, we will send you the keys to the
'Best Vacation Spot on Kauai'
